Jai déjà mis un commentaire sur lapplication des abdos. Cest la même appréciation. Simple, efficace et sans prise de tête. Je recommande vivement, cest le genre dapplication qui ferait presque oublier que liPhone est un téléphone.

Je ne pensais pas que cinq minutes suffiraient, mais il y a un réel changement , de plus sachant que la séance ne dure vraiment que cinq minutes je nhésite plus.

Je suis plus que déçu de cette application vu le prix : - le niveau de difficulté est ridicule et encore je pèse mes mots : cela équivaut a faire une vingtaine de pompes mains jointes - on ne peut pas choisir les exercices que lon souhaite parmi les soit disant " 200 " exercices - on ne pas pas régler le nombre de répétition du mouvement Cependant loption rappel est intéressante ainsi que le fait davoir sa musique qui tourne pendant les exercices. Pour ceux qui cherchent une application pour un entrainement intensif et pour améliorer ses capacités passez votre chemin !
