AroundMe allows you to quickly find out information about your surroundings. How many times have you found yourself in need of finding the closest Petrol Station? AroundMe quickly identifies your position and allows you to choose the nearest Bank, Bar, Petrol Station, Hospital, Hotel, Movie Theatre, Restaurant, Supermarket, Theatre and Taxi. AroundMe shows you a complete list of all the businesses in the category you have tapped on along with the distance from where you are. For every listing you can choose to see its location on a Map, view the route from where you are, add the information to your contact list or even email the information to a friend. The Nearby listing allows you to find information using Wikipedia about what is around you. Fast, easy and accurate. AroundMe is your ideal day to day companion. NB: When AroundMe Weather push feature is active the app make a continue use of GPS running in the background that can dramatically decrease battery life.

Dans 2 villes différentes alors que l’appli m’indiquait un restaurant à cette adresse je me suis retrouvé dans une zone où il n’y avait rien ! Pas franchement ravi, donc confiance dans l’appli proche de 0

Cest appli est géniale mais la dernière mise à jour 9.0.5 (7965) fait planter liPhone 6s Plus. Jespère quils vont vite régler ce problème parce que je men sers assez régulièrement.

The bug listed below and reported many times to the developer has not been fixed yet. I suspect it will never be. Its a pity! ... General setting of the app to turn on/off the daily notification of weather forecast does not work as expected. Turned it off but keep getting this undesirable, not to say intrusive, notification. Contacted the developer weeks ago but no reply nor fix, to date. Unacceptable behavior, in any sense... About to remove the app from all my iDevices!
