The core focus of the X Function Trainer is to be an instrument through which productive exercises and relevant information can be easily accessed throughout a user-friendly interface.
In this app, we explain the anatomy and functionality of the biceps muscle group so that you can make better decisions on picking effective and efficient exercises to stimulate that muscle.
