I use this app before bed and it really helps relaxing. The voice is really super nice to hear an follow. It s positive. I usually end up "flotting" or falling asleep. I would absolutely recommand !

Great app!
Doesnt work properly
Its a great ap I would even say excellent if it didnt require the phone or ipad to stay on during the whole program. I fall asleep which is great but then I cant turn off my devise so it stays on for the entire night. I also tried using the delayed wake and set the time to 5:00 am. I got a rude awakening at 12:00am and had difficulties falling back asleep. I have played around with the settings in my phone as well as my iPad and still I cannot seem to correct these problems. I dont suggest buying this ap until the problems are resolved.

I am not sure it does any thing for me other than put me to sleep really fast. But its inconvenient because you fall asleep with it on, and the ear buds on your head, so then you wake up put the stuff away and cant fall back to sleep.

I enjoy the britIsh accent on the narrator. Very calm and soothing.

I really like hypnosis apps, and this one always leaves me feeling great. I agree with the other reviewer that this womans voice is great, but it is also the cadence and where she places pauses in between sentences. Its disarming but also helps make it more effective somehow. Id give this 5 stars if the apps that show up on my phone as related actually existed. I bought and kept downloading three of them, but they never appeared. Apparently my account wasnt charged, and they dont show up as for sale anywhere else. Errrr… what? (LOL) Oh, and yeah, best recording ever to send you off to a nice deep sleep, even if it was not what was intended!
Great app
Really great App! I went from having terrible sleeps to being able to sleep through the entire night and feel rested when waking. I highly recommend these apps for anyone having trouble sleeping!
