Description

This BMW Mobile Assistance Program application is intended for internal use by BMW dealership personnel only. This application is not intended for use by customers. The BMW Mobile Assistance Program application allows BMW MAP technicians to receive and manage Roadside Assistance service requests right on their iPhone. All the details needed to service the customer are displayed on the phone including: •Vehicle Make, Model, Year and Color. •Customer Name •Customer Phone Number •Service Requested (Tire Change, Fuel delivery, etc.) •Disablement Location Simple, one touch access to call the customer, get turn-by-turn directions, or update the status of the job. When the job is complete, just press a button and it is stored in the job history for easy retrieval and viewing. Disclaimer: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
