Description

This application is intended for roadside assistance providers contracted with Allstate Roadside Services only. RoadSmart Mobile is the mobile companion to RoadSmart dispatch, putting the power of mobile dispatch and GPS in drivers’ hands. The app enables drivers to receive, accept and update jobs in progress via their smartphone. Simple, one touch access to call the customer, get turn-by-turn directions, or update the status of the job. When the job is complete, just press a button and it is stored in the job history for easy retrieval and viewing. All the details needed to service the customer are displayed on the phone including: -Vehicle Make, Model, Year and Color. -Customer Name -Customer Phone Number -Service Requested (Tire Change, Fuel delivery, etc.) -Disablement Location Disclaimer: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
