Description

The Roadside Assistance Program Mobile Application is intended for internal use only by Mercedes-Benz dealership personnel. This application is not intended for use by consumers. The Roadside Assistance Program Mobile Application allows Mercedes-Benz RAP Technicians to receive and manage Roadside Assistance service requests right on their iPhone. All the details needed to service the customer are displayed on the phone including: -Vehicle Make, Model, Year and Color. -Customer Name -Customer Phone Number -Service Requested (Tire Change, Fuel delivery, etc.) -Disablement Location Simple, one touch access to call the customer, get turn-by-turn directions, or update the status of the job. When the job is complete, just press a button and it is stored in the job history for easy retrieval and viewing. Disclaimer: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
