Doesnt work

Takes forever to boot up and the video on it doesnt work. Clearly doesnt work with Lion

Great Efficient Workout

Ive been using the free version for a while and decided to buy the full workout. 99 cents is affordable. And its a great app. Since its longest workout time is only 10mins, you can never have the excuse of "Im too busy"/"I have no time". I do the 5 mins option together with all other daily workout apps. I like this app because the first time when I tried it, the forth style of #1 routine, bicycle crunch, made my ab ache in a good way, in 30 seconds. So I know its working. It may not be a good workout for workout pros, but for students/professional who have a busy schedule everyday but still want to keep in shape, this app fits. Ive alreayd recommended this app to a couple of my friends and they all liked it. I know this workout is probably not gonna lead me to a 6-pack, but Im glad I can keep a flat belly.

Love it! I tried the free version and bought this 5 minutes later- the length of the shortest workout. There are a lot of similar things for free on the internet- but having the timer built right into the app kept me motivated and didnt allow me to slack off. Being able to watch her at the same as you watch out helps a lot too because you can correct your technique as you go. Its simple and theres not a lot to it, but thats whats so great about it! At 0.99$ its extremely affordable, so give it a shot! You wont regret it.

3 great workouts

After trying the free version, I paid up and now have 3 workouts to use. I am regularly watching the timer and exercise countdown. Having someone doing the exercise on video the whole time keeps me going. Written descriptions are good, too. I have been trying the 10 minute versions, but should probably switch to 5 minute versions so that I can keep going without stopping.

すごい!

 みごとに5分ぴったり。しかも、インターバルがないので、キツイキツイ。  腹直筋、外腹斜筋に思い切り刺激が来ます。日頃、バーベルを使ってトレーニングに励んでいますが、この腹筋トレーニングはオススメです。  ワタクシ、家ではこのトレーニングをすることに決めました。

全部はこなせません

とても全部はついて行けません 素人にはかなりきついですね インストラクター? のお姉さん 流石です でも、出来るところだけ、出来る分だけでもまねしてたら 自分のお腹が引き締まる感じは 明らかに出てきました 安いし、自宅で見ながらなら 手軽だし 思い立ったら 買って やってみたらどうですかね
