Very good ...
I like this app because it shows me to shape my arms. I can use my 3 kg dumbbells or only my arms. Its better to exercise 5 minutes and day-to-day than longer and just twice a week. These arm workouts are a good choice for me and I hope for you, too. Thanks for your update!
