il manque la traduction en francais, précision sur les excercises, régler un timing ou une pause entre chaques exercices pour 5 ème étoile. sinon exercices variés et abordables

Très classique, voire basique

Bien pour les gens qui ont déjà une certaine habitude du fitness, mais lapp est vraiment juste une liste dexercices (certes avec vidéo). Pas déchauffement, pas détirements, aucune explication ni instruction ni mises en garde sur la posture (la voix off nomme juste les exercices, sans compter les répétitions). Sinon les exercices sont on ne peut plus classiques, le genre quon retrouve dans tous les cours de fitness années 90, en gros. Un simple répertoire dexercices, quoi.

Perfekt, wenn man sich das Fitnesstudio sparen möchte. Tolle Anleitungen, einfache Bedienung und ein fairer Preis! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Minimalist and varied

This is working out great for me and my new years resolutions. I do one of the 5 daily workouts on weekdays, sometimes only the 5 minute option but its something, and Saturdays the full. I think for a weak beginner like me, its perfect, but I think if you were fitter the longer 30m full sessions would work. I like that they take the decision-making out of it, you just pick the length of the workout and know youre getting targeted exercises. I like the minimalist instruction: literally just the title of the exercise, no annoying Hey good job looking great all the way through. That said, I do enjoy the applause at the end that I think may have come from the muppet show, that makes me smile. I would give five stars if it also had a warm up exercise and cool down at the beginning and end of each workout, and for a little written thing at the bottom indicating what exercise is coming up next, as 3 seconds isnt always enough to switch positions.

Vasto assortimento di esercizi, permette di scegliere se allenare la parte inferiore o superiore del corpo, o di scegliere quali esercizi svolgere. buon supporto per chi, come me, fa fatica a tenere il ritmo e non può andare in palestra. difetti? non si può ricominciare lesercizio se non si riesce a partire subito e mattere pausa in tempo, nè di passare allesercizio successivo senza aspettare che lei finisca (forse questo è un bene…e comunque non cè da aspettare tanto, non è grave)

Ottima alternativa al personal trainer della palestra...:)....consigliatissima per quando non si ha tempo di andare in palestra a lavorare i principali muscoli...:)

Lapp mi piace molto ma sarebbe utile un po più di interattività e una spiegazione vocale dellesercizio anche breve. E poi un countdown degli ultimi 30 secondi così uno non deve sempre stare attaccato allo schermo che durante gli esercizi a terra non è facile. Altra cosa da aggiungere: le routine personalizzabili con il numero voluto di esercizi. In ogni caso, good value for money.
