In this default mode, the app will track your every move and all you need to do is hit the brown button whenever you want to know the elevation.
Curious what the elevation is in the valley? This is simple with Elevation Geo. Just hit the green button to enter search mode. Now you can zoom and pan to anywhere. When you are ready, hit the brown button to find the elevation.
