Doppler

My Doppler I ordered online wasnt working right after the first use. I emailed fetal beats and they emailed me back and said they wanted to trouble shoot. So I sent them my information, but there must have been some miscommunication because I didnt hear back from them. I emailed them this morning just asking for a refund. The cofounder Danny Kohli called me personally (the guy that was on dragons den!) and he walked me through the troubleshooting process, I was happy with the professionalism and the results ! Thanks fetal beats !

Poor design

The app is unreliable, glitchy and has very few options. It accidentally got deleted from my phone and now when I try to get back into it, it keeps saying "failed...!! Try again!" Extremely frustrating! Not worth the money. It also doesnt show the BPM which is very important to me. Its a great concept but needs some serious improvements. Having to use headphones is annoying and inconvenient and the design of the Doppler is not practical.

Own the monitor and the app doesnt work. Access code is never sent to your email and a waste of time.

I love this!!It eliminates so many worries and wasted time. Its so relieving to hear our babys heartbeat from the comfort of our own house! I would recommend this for any expecting mom

What a wonderful app! Something like this provides so much peace of mind. I had a loss previously and this app helps me get through knowing everything is fine! I was able to record my babies heart beat at 9 weeks. I can not wait to share this experience with my soon to be mom friends!
