Whether you are into HIIT, Tabata, boxing, cycling, lifting weights, running, exercise, stretching, workout or MMA, this Flexible Interval timer will address your requirement without issues. All values are configurable so this app can be used to create Tabata Timer, HITT Timer, Boxing Timer, Sprint Training Timer or any timer that you can think of.
