App is a great idea but here are my issues and ideas: Metronome does not work with the current version of iPhone IOS (9.3.2). Needs to alarm when 2 minutes of CPR is complete and again when CPR has been "paused" for greater than 10 seconds. Maybe make drug time editable to local protocols and alert able.
Good idea, can be improved
The AHA recommends this for BLS instructors to use. In that context, itd be great to have a log of elapsed time for each entry. For example, that last round of CPR took 16 seconds, they paused CPR for 8 seconds, etc. Itd also be great if it would calculate chest compression fraction (CCF). For the log to be really useful, Id need to download the data and make a bunch of calculations. Real-time feedback would be much better not only for training but also during a real call.
Good as is
I noticed that some comments have good intent, but I think this app works fine as is. I use a timer app that can be set to repeat an alarm for as long as I want, and I use a separate metronome, since I am tone deaf, this way I can hear it. The main use for timing in this app is awesome. However, unless you are not the one getting your hands "dirty" then the app is fine. If you are the one working the code, then you might not want to touch your phone, and there is not an app for that. But a clear plastic bag would work I guess. Of course I am talking about on scene, not in hospital. Still I highly recommend this app as it is.
Ótimo
Aplicativo muito bom. Claro e simples de aplicar em qualquer PCR.
Interesting App
I have not used it during a code, not am I real sure that I will. It certainly does everything you need it to do and more. I am not sure I would take the time during the code to use this. That being said, I certainly will consider it if I have enough providers and I can stand back and just "run the code"
Good tool
I only wish it had an auditory component. It would very helpful to have an vocal cue when 2 minutes has passed since the last drug, etc.
Full Code Pro
An interesting Health Care App. However I cant forward it to a friend to make them aware of the app. Hope that gets fixed.
