CenterWell Primary Care Anywhere offers omni-modal care that includes:
- DOCTOR HOUSE CALLS: We bring everything we need to provide excellent primary care to the comfort and convenience of your living room
- VIRTUAL TELEMEDICINE VISITS: Our providers are available to discuss your health concerns over phone or video chat
Patients can schedule a telemedicine or in-home visit with a highly-vetted, board-certified and licensed provider. Note that CenterWell Primary Care Anywhere does not treat emergencies.

House calls are covered by most insurance plans and the copay is typically the same as an office visit to a primary care provider.
Telemedicine calls are covered by most insurance plans at no cost or a very low co-pay. You would just pay your applicable co-pay.
