Too simplistic ... Better to get his book

I was hoping this app would Help a person who is less than stellar at self-identifying feelings learn how to identify a feeling through the use of description of the emotion and even possibly through illustrative examples. Unfortunately the entire app is simply a laundry list of different emotions that will give no help to someone challenged with a deficiency in the emotional intelligence department. I feel disappointed in the quality of this app given that the Gottman Institute has such a good reputation.
