New and modern approach to a gym tracker and weight lifting app: - Absolutely no ads - Create your own custom workouts and custom programs - Support for English, French & German - See all your progress for each exercise in graphs - Let the "Powr" genius create a random workout for you - Access our catalog which consists of 400+ exercises - Get detailed information on how to perform exercises and which muscles are involved - Workout mode: log all your exercises of a workout by keeping track of the accomplished sets, reps and the weight used. - Edit exercises during your workouts - When you finish your set a rest timer will automatically start. - During your workout you can see how much weight you need to put on each side of the bar. Just click on sets&reps and choose your desired weight - Pause your workout routine and continue later where you left off - After the completion of your workout you will see an overview of your workout and have the ability to change things - Look at and edit your old workouts in the log menu. - Export all your workouts as a .csv file (for Excel or Numbers) - Schedule workouts for the future - Use our professionally created programs to help you attain your goals faster - You will also find an integrated timer and weight converter The team is working 24/7 to provide the customers with the BEST app experience.
