Set it once, go. • HIIT — custom work and rest intervals with unlimited repeats • EMOM — every minute on the minute, as many rounds as you need • Circuit training — chain multiple exercises with timed stations • Boxing / MMA — round timers with rest between rounds • CrossFit — AMRAPs, intervals and timed WODs • Yoga & stretching — hold timers with gentle alerts • Running — walk/run intervals for couch-to-5K and beyond –– Dead simple to use: Set your work time, rest time, number of rounds and press Start.
