Absolutely Amazing!

I love this application. I am new to yoga so I find the videos extremely helpful. Sometimes I feel she goes too fast, but overall it was well worth the money! My husband and I use this app every night! I would reccommend it!

Simply Yoga

I am 68 years old and this is the first review I have done for any app. I began using the “simply yoga free” app one year ago. I have since moved on to the paid version. This app is excellent. I was unable to complete several of the poses when I began but can now perform almost all. I use the app 5 times a week prior to my weight training. It has done wonders for my flexibility (couldn’t touch my toes in several positions but I can now not only touch my toes but get my whole hand around my heels). I have configured several different programs to cover different areas on alternate days. I have also moved up to more difficult routines. I love this app. Will you be able to do some of these positions when you begin? NO but the app also tells you to “go as far as you can” in certain positions. I recently broke my wrist (not doing this app) and changed my routines to account for the elbow to wrist cast. I kept going during the 7 weeks the cast was in place. I can’t say enough for this app, from the videos of the positions, the wave sounds etc. it’s great. I keep my IPOD touch on my wrist during the routines to ensure that I am doing things right. While I’m not a “stressful” person, this app has a definite calming effect.

What is wrong with it?

It will not GO FULL SCREEN and the stupid thing freezes =/ I am very mad that I paid for this.

Walks you through

This wals you through yoga. It does what it siad it was going to do. The instructer is a little bit monotoned. However it gives me a daily work out and for the price I cant conplain

Daily Yoga

Classes at my company have been postponed awhile for my instructor to transition to a new job within the company. However, I am a true beginner, and In the meantime,I wanted to keep up with the moves and benefits I have when taking her classes. Just bought this app this evening, and used the 1st 20 min routine. I give it 5* since I dont have anything else to compare it to. But Im excited to get myself a mat and continue on to next poses and levels. I like that it has levels because, well hey, I have to start somewhere, may as well start at the beginning.

Very nice for a morning practice

I havent used it extensively, but Im using it for a morning practice, and its perfect. Easy to follow, the pace feels right, and Im not a yoga master by any stretch of the imagination. The directions are clear, and give you enough time to move into the right position, at least if you dont dawdle. The video is clear and easy to see, though the application could benefit from a full-screen mode.

I like it but...

sometimes if I pause it, it freezes up and I have to restart the routine. This is really irritating! Otherwise, its pretty good. I would like it better if the poses went a little slower though. But overall, a decent app.
