SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
When you subscribe, payment will be charged to your iTunes Account when you purchase is confirmed. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off; to do that, turn off the automatic renewal in the apps Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will end when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
