For a full body workout, check out our other applications: 100 Pushups, 200 Situps and 20 Chinups! If youre serious about increasing your leg strength and basic fitness, follow this six week training program and youll soon be on your way to completing 200 consecutive squats! Think theres no way you could do this? I think you can! All you need is a good plan, plenty of discipline and about 30 minutes a week to achieve this goal! No doubt some of you can already perform an impressive number of consecutive squats, but lets face it, youre in a big minority. Most of you reading this wont even be able to manage 20 squats. Actually, Im sure many of you cant even do 10. However, it really doesnt matter which group you fall into. If you follow the progressive squats training program, Im positive youll soon be able to do 200 squats!

No workout information loads.

I just bought this app, and it does not contain any workout plans! day 0, week 0, reps 0. I fail to see how I will get to 200 squats with this plan. I did buy the 100 push ups and 200 sit-ups and they both have a full work out regiment. I like the idea of the workout regime, but this app just does not work. Save yourself the two dollars.

Awaiting an iPad version. Working out the legs is ideal for weight loss since it covers a large percentage of body muscles than any other workouts .

Dobra aplikacja, mam z tej serii trzy, faktycznie działają - wspierają. Trochę słaba szata graficzna, ale ogólnie OK.
