I had the band for not even a year and I can’t wear it now because it always falls off my wrist and the app is super slow now

Verbindung mit Uhr geht nicht!

Was soll ich mit einem Fitness Tracker der sich nicht mal mit einem Handy verbinden lässt (bluetooth findet die Uhr nicht einmal) dann versucht man es über den Support der ja mal sowas von lächerlich ist man wird einfach auf eine Werbeseite des Trackers geleitet! (Die nichts mit einem Support zu tun hat!) ?Einfach nur Abzocke und Schrott! Bin Megaaaa enttäuscht!

Where’s the customer service?

I bought the device and it worked well until I needed to charge it. The device will not charge. I have attempted to email their customer service twice with no response.

App ist nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Zeichnet nicht mehr vollständig auf. Nur jedes dritte Training wird erfasst und sie hängt sich ständig auf. Auch nach mehrmaligem beenden nicht mehr nutzbar. Bitte mal ein Update!!!!

Well it’s had 115hr band veryfit watch for 2 years and it never stopped and suddenly had an arrow on the screen m. I am not sure if it meant that to show that it needs an update but please answer soon

Pessimo orologio e peggio la App

Viene fornito con l’orario sbagliato. Non si capisce come sincronizzare. La App non funziona. Un disastro!
