Very helpful & useful
This app reminds the user to start their workout time every 24 hours. Also, the sample video for each type of squat is very helpful for non-native speakers. I really appreciate the work theyve done. :)

色んな種類のスクワットメニューがあって、かなり効きます。また、タイマー機能もあるので、使いやすいです。1カ月やれば、効果が期待出来るかも
