Description
Bio is a meditation and breathing tool that helps brighten up your mood and de-stress. This is done by visualizing happy faces (or pluses) coming in as you breathe in, and sad faces (or minuses) leaving as you breathe out.
Features:
- Adjust meditation time: 5 min or 10 min.
- On-screen feedback for breathing duration, pauses, and time left.
- Adjust seconds for breathe in/out time and pausing.
- Pausing between breaths can also be disabled by setting the pause duration to 0 seconds.
- Adjust visualization: Happy/Sad or Plus/Minus.
- Turn on/off brown noise. This is esp. useful if you are using headphones so that you wont be bothered by external noises.
- Works on both iPhone and iPad.
Go ahead, give yourself a much needed relaxing break!

1. In addition to configuring up to 5 seconds breathe out time, you can also configure up to 5 seconds pause time after breathing out. So together that would give you up to 10 seconds time to exhale.

Can only get the exhale count to five seconds Waste of money when there are so many better breathing apps in the App Store.
