Très content de cette application. Simple à comprendre, simple à faire fonctionner. Résultats rapides : en 2 séances de 15 minutes en moins de 24 heures, mon médecin a constaté une amélioration de ma respiration. Je me sens également plus détendu. Merci.

A améliorer Jattends de nouvelles fonctions

application intéressante, toutefois on apprécierait plus de positions ( debout/ Assis Bureau/ Ballon Gym/ Allonge/. tenir compte des différences de chacun. 2 eme temps : expliquer les différentes types de respirations possibles chez lhumain. Idéalement mettre en photo son Prof de Yoga ou toutes personnes de confiance, sa Femme, ou soi-même. A partager pour faire le bien.
