Customizavel programa de relaxamento respiratório
Pule a versão free. Só este deixa programar as sequencias de respiração lenta pra utilizar nos momentos de estresse. Eu criei uma, The Zuari way of Zen, muito boa: 2-0-2 3-0-2 2-1-2 3-1-2 Com ela, o tempo que o oxigênio fica no cérebro vai aumentando, eu acho. Deixei só quatro estrelas ao invés de 5 pois o programa não deixou diminuir o inhale nem exhale de 2 pra 1. Queria ter deixado o exhale em 1 pra todas e testar, assim ficaria: 2-0-1 3-0-1 2-1-1 3-1-1

Doesnt Run on Mac OSX 10.8.3
It has some sort of a graphical issue. Previously it was running fine but now it doesnt run at all with OSX 10.8.3. The computer has to be forced shut down every time. Update: Well I have found that it doesnt run on Mac ossx 10.8.3 if you run it in full screen mode. If it it running in windowed mode, its ok. I am giving it three stars because of its price which in my opinion is high.

Excellent app! I did yoga before - but did not know what pranayama is. This is a very simple way to learn about it. It helps me to retain focus at work during the after-lunch time

Initially, I had a problem reconciling my screen resolution with Pranayamas (they didnt correlate: while my screen resolution was set at 1920x1080, i had to set Pranayamas screen resolution to 1600x900, in order to see the whole program interface, including the MENU at the bottom). Once I figured this out, I find that the program itself is FANTASTIC. Once I was able to access the menu, it truly was easy as cake. The breathing meditations are familiar and the variation of levels, sounds and music really make for an enjoyable, DO-able practice.
