J avais déjà utilisé cette technique lors de crises d angoisses et c est franchement super relaxant et simple a faire!! 

Ca détend pas du tout ces bruits, nul...

interressant

ça détends assez, mais plus important encore, ça aide a mieux se concentrer (pendant, et) après lexercice. Mon conseil : -choisissez votre rythme, alongez-vous sur le dos, bras alongés le long du corps, -fermez les yeux et concentrez vous sur les sons, respirez par le nez, ne forcez pas la respiration - respirez "par les poumons" -la poitrine se soulève- et pas par le ventre"-là cest le ventre qui se soulève!- ***si cest le zen que vous recherchez, alors oui, respirez par le ventre*** -au moment de retenir sa respiration, ne la "bloquez" pas -comme en apnée- retenez là seulement. voilà, jespère que celà vous aura été utile. il ny a pas vraiment daméliorations a apporter...

Une bonne aide

Très utile pour faire des exercices de respiration et de yoga. Je déteste compter pendant ces activités, ça me crispe et la grâce à cette app, plus besoin. Je l utilise aussi dans les transports en commun. Au lieu de perdre mon temps, comme ça je l utilise à respirer calmement. Les musiques pourraient être de meilleure qualité par contre, la ça fait vraiment son midi.
