Very practical idea to combine a traditional calc with finance calc together. However, "+", "-", "x" and "/" never work properly. 2+5-3= - 6, 5x2-4= - 1,....., 3x3+4=10 and so on, why? Fix it, please. I give 2 star for the "IDEA" but not for the App.

So Far So Good
Havent had a chance to really use it a lot as I just downloaded and did some basic calculations. As a mortgage loan officer, I sometimes find myself without my HP finance calculator and receive that phone call from my realtor asking me to calculate how much a payment would be for a potential client. I always have my phone and thought it would be nice to have a simple but effective finance calculator. I also like that it is a basic calculator too so you dont have to flip back and forth between this app and the orginal calc app that came with the phone like some of the other specific mortgage apps out there. **To Developer** Can you please add an easy way to calculate interest only payments and maybe a way to email the amortization table? And if the email of the amortization table is possible, to list what the criteria is of that table. Like what the interest rate is, etc.
This app is GREAT
By far the best app for real estate mortgage payments. I bought 3 other apps which take far too many steps to get to the mortgage payment. I use it daily. Its quick and it sits on page one next to my email app. It is my most used application. Buy it !!!
A Must have
If you are in the mortgage industry this app is a must have. Its actual calculator not a web based application.
Realtor
Nice calculator. Much like my Texas Instrument Mortgage Calc. I only wish it had a PITI button. I like to use it in place of the calculator that came with the iPhone because you dont have to turn it sideways for multiplication.
