Super App

Aya73 · 11 years ago · v1.3.2

Dann kann man wählen was man trainieren will.

Mein Fazit: Finger weg!

Dont waste your money

Canukbusiness · 11 years ago · v1.3.2

This app appears to be great - but after each and every time you stretch a part of your body you have to go select the next video to stretch the next part. No where in the info does it say this - I dont want to spend my time stretching, going back and forth to my device selecting the next video.

Wow!!!

11 years ago · v1.3.2

Ill write it both in English and Russian: its the most helpful and professional stretching videos Ive ever seen. There are all kinds of exercises for all the cases: some of them are very fast and can be done anywhere, some are longer and require pillows etc (you dont have to buy anything special, all the things can be found in every home). Really cool. Its in English, but its pretty simple.

NEVER BEEN MORE FLEXIBLE!!!

This is app is amazing! Neal goes through ever stretch with such detail and makes it so easy to comprehend. I hadnt a clue how many varying stretches there were that could help with daily flexibility or rehab for the acute or prolonged injury. I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone who wants to live a healthier and happier life. Thanks so much!
