Dans la prochaine version il serait judicieux de désactiver le verrouillage de liPhone. Sinon cest top, petits exos sympas.

Appli simple et motivante

Bonne appli pour garder la forme à la maison, avec des exercices simples mais très endurant, les 8 minutes sont pas faciles à tenir au début :) De plus le graphisme de lappli est sympa et classe. Prix plus que raisonnable, je recommande cette appli, faite du sport !!

ACHTUNG: Wer blind kauft wie ich! In der Beschreibung steht "Hochleistungs Zirkel-Training"! Bin sehr unsportlich und möchte fiter werden und abnehmen. Habe also etwas leichtes gesucht und da es nur 8 Minuten sind, habe ich mir gedacht, so schwer kanns ja nicht sein. ich bin ganz schön ins Schnaufen und Schwitzen gekommen. Aber die App ist gut, funktioniert, die Übungen sind zwar nur bildlich erklärt, aber nicht so schwer und da keine Anzahl an Wiederholungen vorgegeben ist, kann man auch langsam anfangen und sich steigern. Da der Fehler mit der Trainingsintensität bei mir liegt, bekommt die App volle 5 Sterne!

Funktioniert fordert gewaltig - ist aber ausbaufähig

Mittlerweile ist die App quasi fehlerfrei. Einziger verbliebener Fehler: In der Statistik beginnt die Woche mit Sonntag und nicht mit Montag. Wenn die - wirklich guten und fordernden - Übungen jetzt noch besser erklärt werde, gibts den 5. Stern.
