他の方の意見に同意。アドオンはただ繰り返しが伸びているだけなのでお勧めしません。マインドフルネスと言うには違和感ありという意見もありますがこれにも同意です。ッイッターの投稿画面に強制的に移るのも気分を悪くさせるだけ。星は1つも付けたくない!

カタコトの女性ナレーナーでは誘導できない

誘導瞑想では、ナレーターの声やマインドが相当重要だが、このアプリではそれが最悪。 カタコト日本語でアタマ悪そうな話し振りの若い女性が、マインドを込めずに淡々と誘導。 これでは「マインドフルネス」になかなかなれない。
