mais difficile à utiliser / - voix numérique incompréhensible - très difficile de construire son propre programme dans un ordre choisi - ergonomie à revoir - trop lourd : les vidéos ne devraient pas être telechargées sur liPhone mais accessibles à la demande en streaming

Kann mich vorheriger Rezension nur anschließen,das Programm überzeugt in keinster Weise. Anleitung nur in englischer Spräche was die Umsetzung (trotz guter Englischkenntnisse!) sehr schwer macht. Pro Übung nur ein Foto, das nicht gesamten Ablauf darstellen kann. Einteilung in Übungen für bestimmte Körperpartien fehlt vollständig. Das Programm ist sein Geld definitiv nicht wert und bekommt den einen Stern nur weil Bewertung sonst nicht möglich!!! Verdient ist er nicht!

Ich kann mich den anderen Rezensenten nur anschließen: Das war rausgeworfenes Geld! Ich frage mich wie diese App in die Empfehlungsliste kommt.

Schlampig abfotografiertes Yogabuch

Yogaübungen sehen auf Bildern meist einfacher aus, als sie sind. Die Möglichkeiten des iPhone sind zur praktischen Unterweisung so gut wie gar nicht umgesetzt. Zum Beispiel die Pranayama-Atmung: gezeigt wird das Foto einer Blume, dazu eine laufende Stoppuhr, die man nur von nahem lesen kann und zum Start eine Stimme mit der richtigen Aussprache von "Pranamaya". Das wars dann auch schon. Wer wissen oder gar lernen will, wie diese einfache aber trickreiche Atemtechnik geht, ist per Infotaste mit Kleingedrucktem alleingelassen. Mit den Körperstellungen, den "Asanas", ist es nicht anders: ein Foto, dazu auf der Rückseite langatmiger Text. Keine Wort- und Bildfolgen, um in die Übungen hineinzukommen, keine didaktische Mühe für Laienanwender und keinerlei Ansprache: diese App ist rasch produzierter Müll im Vermarktungshype um Yoga und iPhone. Ab in die Tonne.
