Por ser de graça o app é eficiente aulas em inglês com vários temas. Só faltava uma interatividade maior dentro do app que é bem simples. Recomendo

Simple but had to turn off the camera because it was creepy

I like this app because it has simple yoga videos. But I was bit worried when after my workout it said "Please wait, uploading your video." I have no idea where its been uploaded too, and definitely didnt want that.

A mon avis, la meilleure application du genre. Les exercices sont variés et très bien répertoriés par niveau. Liaison chromecast - synchronisation avec HealthKit. Tout est parfait. Rien à redire. Je lutilise chaque jour.
